How can I join the library?
Join online at Bega Valley Shire Library or call your nearest library. If you join online, you’ll need to show your ID at your nearest library within 30 days of registering to receive your member card.
Where can I find my library member number?
Your member number is on the back of your library card and starts with ‘M’.
What is my library password?
Your password is your date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY
Is there a charge for delivery and pick up?
No. The Library Link service is free.
Can I receive a delivery if I don’t have a safe and dry space for deliveries?
We’ll discuss your situation and find a reasonable solution.
What is a hub?
A Library Link hub is a designated pick-up location, such as the post office or other business near you. We’ll let you know if you need to pick up your items from a hub and its location.
What times and days do you deliver?
We deliver on a four-week schedule. We’ll discuss the best delivery days and times with you.
Who will deliver my library items?
Library staff or a library volunteer will deliver your items. They will wear a library badge and let you know when to expect a delivery.
Will you pick up the items when I’ve finished with them?
Yes. Library staff or a library volunteer will also pick up the items.
How long can I use this service?
You can use Library Link for as long as you have a genuine need for the service.
