Perfect for older folk or anyone wanting to ease into your day. Join us at Eden Library on the second Tuesday of every month for a session led by our multi-talented Cat who is not only a library staff member but also a qualified yoga instructor! Bookings are essential to secure your spot!  Yoga helps develop inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment and tt helps develop breath and strength of mind and body
