Public computer use and Wi-Fi
Did you know that everyone can use a computer and access the internet for free at your local library? Whether you're a library member or just visiting. Enjoy access to free public services at every library.
Public Computers
You can use our public computers to:
- access the internet
- access Library resources, including eResources and the Catalogue
- create or edit documents using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- save items to USB
- print - Printing in the Library
All computers use Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and the latest Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox web browsers.
You can book a computer by calling any of our four library branches or booking online
Accessible large print keyboards are available.
You can use your own USB and can also scan and save to email.
Customers can access a computer for up to 2 hours per day.

Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available at our library sites from 6am – 9pm, 7 days a week.
All you need is your own device to connect to the wi-fi network at each branch.
Not a library member? No problem, ask our helpful library staff for a Guest Pass.
