Here 2 Help Volunteer Information

Volunteer tutors work one on one with the client to reach an identified goal. There is no enrolment or assessments, just help with whatever the client wants. Clients are encouraged to bring in documents for whatever they want help with, but we also have resources at the library.

Here 2 Help is looking for more volunteer tutors to get involved.

To be a tutor you will need:

  • Good levels of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Patience and ability to connect with learners
  • Be available on Wednesdays from 10.30am - 12.00pm in Tura and Thursdays from 2.30pm to 5.00pm in Bega.

Training and resources will be supplied.
