Our Endangered Shorebirds
Learn about our local endangered beach nesting birds and what you can do to help protect them.Species profiled include the critically endangered Hooded Plover, as well as Pied and Sooty Oystercatchers and Little and Fairy Terns.

Dolphins, Whales and Us: Inside ORRCA's Work
John from ORRCA (Organisation for the Rescue and Research of Cetaceans in Australia) provides a fascinating insight into the world of whales, dolphins and the dedicated volunteers who work to rescue, research and protect them. Children can get hands-on with a sea mammal craft activity.

Author Talk: Meredith Jaffe
Join acclaimed author Meredith Jaffé, whose five bestselling novels include The Dressmakers of Yarrandarrah Prison, twice voted into the Better Reading Top 100 and currently being adapted for television. Words and Place, an Afternoon of Poetry
Join four diverse contemporary poets at Bermagui library for an eclectic afternoon of poetry and discussion. Guest poets will perform some of their latest works followed by a conversation about the craft of writing, how place influences work and what poetry means today. Featuring Ed Southorn, Elizabeth Walton, Stephanie Green and Dakota Feirer.
Free event, we welcome a donation to the Bega Women’s Resource Centre.

School Holiday Events
In this 3-day workshop, young people will collaborate on an original short film, developing the work together from concept to screen. Whether you're behind the camera or in front of it, there’s an opportunity to develop your visual storytelling skills in a supportive and fun environment. The workshop will culminate in a private informal screening for family and friends.
